Sierra Club Settles With EPA Over Ky. Coal Plant

Law360, New York (October 19, 2009, 6:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has settled a suit brought by the Sierra Club claiming that Bush administration foot-dragging had let a Kentucky coal-fired power plant go relatively unregulated.

Judge William Bertelsman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky approved a settlement between the Sierra Club and the EPA on Friday.
