Lehman Europe Plans $90B Claim Against Other Units

Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 12:50 PM EDT) -- PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the administrator for Lehman Brothers International Europe, said Tuesday that it intended to file a $90 billion claim this month against Lehman's other units — bringing its total claims against the units to around $208 billion.

In a progress report issued Tuesday, PwC said that it had gained control of approximately $40 billion in securities and cash since Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy protection.
