Del. Diocese's Ch. 11 First-Day Motions Approved

Law360, New York (October 21, 2009, 6:02 PM EDT) -- The Catholic Diocese of Wilmington Inc., which sought Chapter 11 protection the night before eight sexual abuse cases from former parishioners were set for trial, has won court approval to access its cash management system, pay employee wages and appoint a claims agent.
