Proskauer Guides UK PE Shop To £309M Inaugural Fund

Law360 (July 30, 2020, 9:16 PM EDT) -- U.K.-based private equity shop Preservation Capital Partners, advised by Proskauer Rose LLP, said Thursday that it has wrapped up its debut fund after raising £309 million ($400 million) from investors, with plans to target investments in the financial services sector across western and northern Europe.

The fund, called Preservation Capital Partners Fund I, was significantly oversubscribed and closed at its hard cap, according to the announcement.
