Columbia Law Profs Stand Up For PCAOB In High Court

Law360, New York (October 21, 2009, 7:50 PM EDT) -- Constitutional law professors from Columbia Law School have filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court opposing a libertarian lobbyist group and Nevada accounting firm’s challenge of the constitutionality of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
