Mail Boxes Etc. Sends Contract Suit To Ex-Franchisees

Law360, New York (October 22, 2009, 1:51 PM EDT) -- Mail Boxes Etc. Inc. has accused the former owners and operators of a UPS Store facility of breaching the post-term obligations of their franchise agreement by helping to open a competing packing and shipping store after transferring their franchise rights to Mud on the Tires LLC.
