Judge: Iowa Plaintiffs Can Call Bill Gates To Testify

Chairman Bill Gates and Chief Executive Steve Ballmer will face direct questioning from plaintiffs’ counsel in a class action antitrust suit against the software giant in state court in Iowa, a development the plaintiffs are hailing as a victory.
