Repligen Appeals Ruling in Dispute with Bristol-Myers

Law360 (October 10, 2003, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Biotech company Repligen Corporation has appealed the ruling in its lawsuit against Bristol-Myers Squibb, the company said in a statement.

In September, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan ruled that there was insufficient evidence for a university scientist to be named as an inventor on these patents. The lawsuit was filed by Repligen and the University of Michigan.
