Iraqis Must Beef Up Claims Against Blackwater

Law360, New York (October 23, 2009, 7:42 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has told a group of Iraqis who accused Blackwater USA employees of indiscriminately beating and killing Iraqi civilians to beef up their complaints to comply with jurisdictional standards required by the Alien Tort Statute and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
