Couples Seek Class Cert. In Guarantee Trust Case

Law360, New York (October 23, 2009, 6:34 PM EDT) -- Two married couples who sued Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Co. for allegedly failing to refund certain premiums after early termination of their insured auto loans are making a preliminary bid for class certification.
