Holland & Knight Buries Hatchet With Ex-Partner

Law360, New York (October 23, 2009, 4:17 PM EDT) -- After years of failed arbitration, Holland & Knight LLP has settled with a former partner who claimed that his partnership agreement was violated and that he is owed benefits stemming from his 2002 termination.

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Donald Graham entered a final order of dismissal with prejudice, putting an end to the case between Holland & Knight and R. Thomas Farrar.

No details of the settlement were released, except that each party will be responsible for its own attorneys' fees and costs.
