US, UK Unions Back Oneworld Alliance Immunity Bid

Law360, New York (October 23, 2009, 5:26 PM EDT) -- A U.S. labor group and Britain's largest union are asking regulators on both sides of the Atlantic to grant antitrust immunity to airlines making up the Oneworld Alliance, which is fighting to win approval to become the world's third immunized airline alliance.
