SolarWinds To Offer $227.8M In Common Stock

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009, 3:20 PM EDT) -- Network management company SolarWinds Inc., which reported record total revenue for the third quarter of 2009, plans to offer up to 11.5 million shares of common stock worth $227.8 million, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

SolarWinds plans to sell 1.5 million shares of common stock, according to the Monday SEC filing, while stockholders will sell another 8.5 million.
