Judge To Consider If Jurors Broke Rules In Scrushy Case

Law360 (November 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge decided Monday to hold a hearing later this month to determine whether jurors weighed articles they found on the Internet before convicting former Alabama governor Don Siegelman and former HealthSouth Corp. chief executive officer Richard Scrushy of bribery and fraud.

Judge Mark E. Fuller of the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Alabama scheduled a hearing Nov. 17.
