Gas Natural Eyes Possible E.On, Endesa Collusion

Law360 (November 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- As E.On inches towards obtaining final approval of its bid to acquire Spanish rival Endesa from Spanish stock market regulator CNMV, the government-backed Gas Natural is calling for further investigation into possible collusion between the energy companies and Deutsche Bank.
