10th Circ. Affirms Trans-Western Win In Oil Lease Spat

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 2:12 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has sided with Trans-Western Petroleum Inc. in a dispute with Wolverine Gas and Oil Corp. over the terms of consecutive oil and gas leases the companies held on a portion of land in Utah.
