9th Circ. Says Wash. Plan B Sale Rules Still Stand

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 7:26 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has denied an en banc rehearing of a circuit panel's July ruling reversing a lower court decision that blocked Washington state's rules requiring pharmacists to sell Plan B, the “morning-after pill.”
