Ex-Head Of DOJ Civil Division Returns To Jones Day

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 1:09 PM EDT) -- Gregory G. Katsas, the former assistant attorney general for the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, has said he will return to his former firm Jones Day after spending the last eight years in government work.

Katsas, who worked on a long list of hot-button cases as he moved up in the DOJ, returns to Jones Day's Washington office on Nov. 9 as a partner in the issues and appeals practice, the firm announced Thursday.
