HealthSouth Shareholders Grab Scrushy Assets List

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 6:27 PM EDT) -- HealthSouth Corp. shareholders may have an easier time collecting a $2.8 billion judgment against Richard Scrushy over his role in the colossal fraud at the company, now that a federal judge has ruled they can use a presentencing report from Scrushy’s criminal bribery case to ferret out his assets.
