Super 301 Bill Would Give Congress More Pull On Trade

Law360, New York (November 2, 2009, 6:25 PM EST) -- Reviving the Super 301 procedures of U.S. trade law would give Congress a stronger voice on trade issues and could lead to more trade enforcement actions against China and other countries, but the move would likely not be welcomed by either the administration or U.S. trading partners, lawyers said.
