Law360, New York (November 2, 2009, 7:34 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday explored the interaction between federal court rules and state law in an appeal of a ruling that barred a Maryland orthopedic group from pursuing a class action against Allstate Insurance Co.
