Canada Protests EU Ban On Seal Products To WTO

Law360, New York (November 2, 2009, 4:58 PM EST) -- Canada has accused the European Union of violating its trade obligations in a formal complaint to the World Trade Organization, in protest of a ban on imported seal products that could cost Canada nearly $5.6 million in trade deals.
