Ex-Qwest Accountant Slams SEC's New 'Evidence'

Law360, New York (November 3, 2009, 5:03 PM EST) -- A former Qwest Communications International Inc. accountant facing fraud claims by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has urged a court to strike portions of the regulator's response to his summary judgment bid, accusing the agency of trying to fill an “evidentiary hole” in its case.
