Exelon Names Jenner & Block Partner As New GC

Law360 (October 26, 2020, 10:53 PM EDT) -- Exelon Corp.'s Tom O'Neill plans to step down from his role as general counsel at the end of the year, the company said Monday, and will be succeeded by Gayle E. Littleton, a Jenner & Block LLP attorney with years of prosecutorial experience.

After serving as a senior vice president and general counsel at Exelon for 19 years, O'Neill decided to leave the company at the end of the year to take a senior position at a law firm, a representative from the nuclear electric power generation company told Law360.
