US Seeks WTO Panel On Chinese Export Restrictions

Law360, New York (November 4, 2009, 1:13 PM EST) -- The U.S. government on Wednesday asked the World Trade Organization to establish a dispute settlement panel to consider whether China's quantitative restrictions and export duties on raw materials such as zinc and silicon metal constitute violations of its global trade obligations.
