Obama Taps NC Judges For 4th Circ. Openings

Law360, New York (November 4, 2009, 5:00 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama has nominated two North Carolina judges to fill vacancies on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Obama nominated Judges Albert Diaz and James Wynn to fill seats in the appeals court, the White House said in statement Wednesday.

In addition to both being drawn from North Carolina courts, both had careers in military law prior to their nominations.
