NJ Supreme Court Allows 'Super Lawyer' Ads

Law360, New York (November 5, 2009, 6:35 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court has decided to allow attorneys to advertise their status in peer-reviewed rankings including Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America, putting to rest a long-running dispute over the practice.
