SEC Taps Adviser, Two Counsel For New Risk Division

Law360, New York (November 6, 2009, 2:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's new Division of Risk, Strategy and Financial Innovation has begun to take shape, with the announcement Thursday of two new counsel and one senior policy adviser.

Richard Bookstaber, who has held high-ranking private sector risk management positions at Salomon Brothers, Moore Capital Management LP and Morgan Stanley, will serve as senior policy adviser to the division's Director Henry Hu, while attorneys Adam Glass and Bruce Kraus, formerly of Linklaters LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, respectively, will join as...
