Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 1:46 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to de-designate documents claimed as privileged by AstraZeneca LP in a massive multidistrict litigation over the company's antipsychotic blockbuster Seroquel, further clearing the way for the roughly 6,000 cases to be remanded to transferor courts for individual discovery.
