Rockwell False Statements Cost N-Tron $35M: Suit

Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 5:09 PM EST) -- N-Tron Corp. has hit Rockwell Automation Inc. with a breach of contract suit alleging the rival industrial network technology maker made false statements about a joint marketing agreement between the companies that cost N-Tron nearly $35 million in expenses and lost revenue potential.
