High Court Grounds FedEx Appeal Of EEOC Probe

Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 3:23 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear Federal Express Corp.'s challenge of an appellate decision that allowed the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to investigate charges of discrimination even after the complaining employee filed a private lawsuit against the accused employer.
