Hypertension Patients Join Feud Over Pfizer’s Norvasc

Law360 (November 10, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a move that highlights the growing debate over the balance between the rights of poor nations and those of drug patent holders, a group of patients said on Friday it plans to intervene in Pfizer Inc.’s ongoing legal battle to protect its blockbuster hypertension treatment Norvasc in the Philippines.
