Prosthetic Device Maker Hits Rival With Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 13, 2009, 2:23 PM EST) -- Prosthetic Design Inc. has launched a suit accusing rival Bulldog Tools Inc. of infringing its patent covering a component for prosthetic legs.

The Clayton, Ohio-based prosthetic parts maker filed the suit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, claiming that Bulldog makes and sells various flexion plates that violate its patent.
