Firm, Ex-Member Lose Malpractice Coverage Appeal

Law360, New York (November 12, 2009, 6:51 PM EST) -- A Colorado law firm has lost an attempt to undo an order that denied it insurance coverage for a malpractice claim faced by one of its former attorneys.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit affirmed a lower court’s ruling in favor of Carolina Casualty Insurance Co., according to the split decision filed on Thursday.
