Slew Of US Shrimpers Jump Into Chinese Duties Fight

Law360, New York (November 13, 2009, 1:28 PM EST) -- Having won approval to join a similar suit over Thai shrimp duties, a group of 33 U.S. shrimp processors has asked to intervene as a plaintiff in a suit protesting a final International Trade Administration ruling that established anti-dumping duties on frozen warmwater shrimp from China.
