Stryker Wins Second Round In Bout With Acumed

Law360, New York (November 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal court has dismissed Acumed LLC’s patent infringement suit against Stryker Corp. for litigating claims it could have raised in a prior action.

In her decision, Judge Anna J. Brown of the U.S. District Court in Portland, Ore. barred Acumed from levying charges that Stryker’s T2 Long Proximal Humeral Nail infringed its Polaris model.
