PowerASE Fights General Exclusion Order In DRAM Suit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 7:03 PM EST) -- Following the U.S. International Trade Commission's decision to partially review an initial determination that several technology companies did not infringe three Tessera semiconductor chip packaging patents, interested third party PowerASE Technology Inc. has asked the commission to refrain from issuing a general exclusion order for all infringing products.
