Microsoft, Novell OS Antitrust Conflict Heats Up

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 5:11 PM EST) -- Microsoft Corp. has traded more barbs with Novell Inc. in that company's ongoing lawsuit accusing Microsoft of blocking competition in the computer operating systems market, alleging Novell lost the right to bring claims when it sold its software to another company.
