SEC PIPEs Suit Stands Against Hedge Funds, Manager

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 6:25 PM EST) -- A U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission suit alleging numerous hedge funds and their operator committed securities fraud and insider trading through private investment in public equity transactions will continue with all its claims intact after a federal judge on Monday declined to grant summary judgment to the SEC or the defendants.
