Interference By Samsung Was Not A Violation: Judge

Law360, New York (November 18, 2009, 1:34 PM EST) -- A judge has tossed accusations of tortious interference with a business relationship from Assembly Technology Inc., saying the company failed to show that defendant Samsung Techwin Co. Ltd. did not have the right to commit the allegedly interfering acts.
