MPC Liquidation Plan Repays Secured Claims In Full

Law360, New York (November 20, 2009, 2:49 PM EST) -- MPC Corp., a small business computer services provider that filed for bankruptcy protection earlier in November, has filed a Chapter 11 liquidation plan that calls for all secured claims to be repaid in full and a possibility for unsecured claimants to be paid back with interest.

The plan, filed Thursday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware along with MPC’s disclosure statement, calls for the creation of a trust oversight committee to manage disbursements from MPC’s liquidation trust after the plan wins confirmation....
