E.C.: Microsoft Interoperability Data Incomplete

Law360 (November 15, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Microsoft Corp. may be progressing toward meeting the disclosure requirements mandated by European antitrust regulators in 2004, but the documentation it has submitted to the European Commission thus far is incomplete, the E.C. said Wednesday.

The Commission said that it expects the “omissions and deficiencies” in the technical information submitted by Microsoft to be fixed by November 23, which would pave the way for the documentation to be entirely ready by December 1.

Microsoft has already been hit with two nine-figure fines by Europe’s antitrust regulators....
