House To Probe Derivatives Bill's Impact On Energy

Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 1:27 PM EST) -- Reps. Henry Waxman, D-Calif., and Edward Markey, D-Mass., are calling for a closer look at the “unintended impacts” that a bill proposing first-ever regulation for the over-the-counter derivatives market could have on U.S. energy markets.
