Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 8:02 PM EST) -- A federal judge has granted National Union Fire Insurance Co. summary judgment on Charleston Bank Consortium’s bid for coverage in an underlying lawsuit with a contractor, holding that the home ownership organization failed to provide timely notice of claims arising from the state court action.
