ITC Won't Review Win For Sinochem In Coolant Case

Law360, New York (November 24, 2009, 3:34 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an administrative law judge's ruling that Sinochem Modern Environmental Protection Chemicals (Xi'an) Co. Ltd. did not violate a consent order it agreed to with Ineos Fluor Holdings Ltd., which had accused Sinochem of infringing a patent related to coolants.
