Water Supplier Sues DuPont Over Plant Pollution

Law360, New York (November 30, 2009, 1:31 PM EST) -- A nonprofit operation that provides water to more than 12,000 Ohio residents has hit DuPont Co. with allegations that hazardous waste disposal at the chemical giant's Washington Works manufacturing facility has led to substantial contamination of the nearby water supply.
