China To Review Tariffs On Imported Chloroform

Law360, New York (November 30, 2009, 6:08 PM EST) -- China is launching a review of anti-dumping measures against chloroform imports from the European Union, the U.S. and South Korea, the country reportedly announced Sunday, a day before the current duties were due to expire.

The review comes after China's Ministry of Commerce received applications for reviewing the measures from two Chinese chemical companies that represent Chinese chloroform producers, China's official Xinhua news agency reported Monday.
