Orthodox Union, Luke Oil Resolve Trademark Spat

Law360, New York (November 30, 2009, 5:19 PM EST) -- The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America and Luke Oil Co. Inc. have settled a trademark suit claiming the gas station chain's signs infringed the Jewish organization's "OU" mark.

The parties filed an agreed motion to dismiss the case with prejudice Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
