ITC Launches Review Of Chinese Crepe Paper Duty

Law360, New York (December 1, 2009, 3:17 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated a five-year review of an anti-dumping duty order on crepe paper imported from China to determine whether revoking the order would hurt the domestic industry for the decorative tissues.

In a notice published Tuesday in the Federal Register, the ITC announced the launch of the five-year review order and asked interested parties to respond to the notice by Dec. 31.
