Oil Lobby Tries Again To Join Ocean CO2 Suit

Law360, New York (December 1, 2009, 2:56 PM EST) -- The American Petroleum Institute is appealing a district court order denying the oil and petroleum industry group's request to intervene in a suit that seeks to force the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to consider the impact of greenhouse gas emissions when it assesses water pollution.
